Action Plan

In order to clarify what the core teams do we have created a plan for the Zone as an overall entity. The plan clarifies what each team delivers as well as identify progress and or outcomes towards particular goals and objectives.

Planning is reviewed termly by the zone staff. We take on the views of our clients – the schools, the students and the community and amend these plans as much as is possible.

Each school has a separate plan that identifies how they spend the funding they receive as a result of the Zone. In some cases this might be for Learning Mentors, Gifted and Talented provision, Creativity work or other professional roles. For the secondary schools this is likely to be for additional support for reducing exclusions or improving attendance.
