Board Information
Welcome to the CPR Success Zone board. We have some simple goals.

To improve the outcomes for children and young people in the CPR area

To improve the capacity for our schools to improve their practice through collaboration and sharing of good practice.

To improve the interface between the schools and the community so we achieve a seamless transition with our work and our goals.
Membership of the board includes the three Secondary schools, ten of the primary schools and representatives from some of the smaller schools. In addition, we have invited Health, Connexions, Family Services and Cornwall college representation.
The board meets each half term. We take reports from the key managers of the Zone and then make and take the necessary decisions for improving the quality of delivery, improving the direction of the work and setting the objectives for the work of the zone. To find out more detail check our minutes.
