• This is the latest full course materials for supporting child protection.  It is useful for the child protection officer in schools and extracts can be used to support wider CAF awarness issues.

• The Prince’s Trust xl network is funding a fantastic opportunity for young people at your school on xl to access funding to support their community project. Grants of up to £1,000 are available and these awards will help xl clubs to carry out some really exciting projects.  xl clubs target young people facing difficulties in education and work with them on a personal development curriculum that promotes achievement and encourages success.Training pupils in first aid isn't just about learning a life-saving skill it can also boost self-esteem, encourage teamwork and provide an opportunity for children to engage with voluntary work in their local community.
