ICT Systems Support Team

The CPRSZ ICT Systems Support Team's main aim is to provide a high quality service to all clients; this includes completing all core objectives to a high standard. The main focus of our roles is to promote the best use of technology within educational establishments, this includes providing and installing the most up-to-date hardware / software / resources available.
We not only support schools and colleges but also small and large businesses. One of our main roles is to improve staff Information Communication Technology (ICT) skills, we are able to carry this out by using our newly purchased training suite to train ICT technicians in various operating systems such as Windows Server 2003 R2, Windows Server 2008 and Windows XP SP3. We also use the training systems to allow schools to test deployment of various software titles and to allo
w people to practice their skills on the servers. We also carry out Microsoft Accredited and National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) training for Technicians, Network Mangers and users. Training of staff is built-in to our core objectives, not only do we install and repair we offer on site training as part of the service - so our normal practice is not only to ensure staff feel confident on how to use any newly installed hardware / software but also that they understand how to fix and operate it if an error occurs in the future.
