An Innovative and Creative School Improvement Project

CPR Success Zone is an education based initiative (Excellence in Cities) whose remit is to facilitate and deliver services to a cluster of schools in North Kerrier as part of the Children, Young People and Families Service of Cornwall County Council.

The core principles of the Success Zone are underpinned by the delivery of three succinct and dynamic delivery teams.

• Strategic Core – strategic overview and leadership team who facilitate the Cluster Partnership Board and Extended Services. 
• SMART (Schools Multi Agency Resource Team) – delivery arm of our Behaviour Improvement Programme, ensuring a swift referral multi agency solution to schools.
• CPRLS (Camborne, Pool and Redruth Learning Space) Team – delivering inspiring, cross curricular learning & teaching challenges for all, using cutting edge technology in environmentally sustainable settings. Pioneering extended services include learning in outdoor environments, gifted and talented provision, learning families, corporate teambuilding, workforce development and action research, supporting and developing ICT delivery and Community Outreach.
