World War II
World War II Working in small groups, students learn about how people & places were affected by WWII, through a range of kinaesthetic activities. The 3 main rooms in the Learning Space are transformed into:

Home Front- Anderson air raid shelter, games/toys, schools, gas masks, postcard home.

Command room- Maps
(local and World), code-breaking (with Percival the Pigeon!), War inventions, timelines.

War Effort- Shop, recycling, Dig for Victory, mystery object
table.
