SMART REPORTS 2009

SMART was established in 2005 as a 3-year pilot project (subsequently funded for 4 years) to deliver an innovative early intervention targeted service working with local and national initiatives and in partnership with families, schools, agencies and communities to achieve optimal outcomes for vulnerable children.  The SMART child-centred and ecological approach to be a model for integrated multi agency working, promoting social inclusion and emotional wellbeing to influence long term systemic change.  A copy of the SMART final Report 2009 from the University of Exeter is here to view - click here to view Summary and Recommendations only
