MISSION STATEMENT
The Schools’ Multi-Agency Resource Team (S.M.A.R.T.) is a funded resource within the CPR Success Zone providing specialist skills and support to schools, young people and families with the aims of preventing exclusions, improving behaviour, attendance and emotional intelligence thereby raising attainment and achievement.
Through early intervention S.M.A.R.T. provides an additional, co-ordinated and holistic approach by addressing the systems in which children and young people operate and provide an effective response through partnership and external multi-agency working.
The focus of S.M.A.R.T’s work is on creating sustained change.
