MISSION STATEMENT

The Schools Multi Agency Resource Team (SMART) delivers an innovative early intervention targeted service working with local and national initiatives and in partnership with families, schools, agencies and communities to achieve optimal outcomes for vulnerable children.

The SMART child-centred and ecological approach is a model for integrated multi agency working, promoting social inclusion and emotional wellbeing to influence long term systemic change.
