Brain Gym
What is it?
Physical exercise to warm up the brain.
Based on the knowledge that the left brain controls the right side of the body and vice versa and that the two hemispheres of the brain are linked by a thick bundle of fibres called the corpus callosum, Brain Gym is movement on either side of the body (with different movements on each side) OR across the vertical midline of the body.
