Inspiring Families

Based on the IIE (Investors in Excellence) for Families, the programme covers the main elements which underpin the original IIE programme, including: Links between beliefs & performance, ‘Scotomas’, Basic information about the brain, Embedded commands, Effective communication (unblocking communication in emotional structures), Comfort Zones, Resilience and Goal setting. In addition, the sessions aim to offer the time and space for families to enjoy working together in a fun, relaxed, supportive environment; encouraging them to communicate effectively and build confidence. The families are encouraged to set goals, both on an individual level and as a whole family. The final celebration session, includes the world ‘premiere’ of the ‘IF’ final family videos (a ‘video diary’ that the families film and edit throughout their Inspiring Families Programme).
