 WITH EFFECT FROM 2 FEBRUARY, SMART ARE INTRODUCING CHANGES TO THE WAY SERVICES ARE ACCESSED.  Full details can be found in the SMART Information Pack which also contains a copy of the new SMART Service Request Form together with information about the services offered by SMART.  A new SMART leaflet is also available to hand out to parents and/or other organisations who may want information about SMART

SURVEY OF MULTI AGENCY MEETINGS IN SCHOOL - Claire Lowry (Senior Educational Psychologist).  Below is a link to a survey that SMART are completing about multi agency meetings in school.  We are hoping that school staff who are involved in these meetings will take a few minutes to complete the survey.  More than one member of staff from each school can complete the survey.  It will be open until the end of term and we will then collate the results and let you know the outcomes.  Please note we are not asking about TAC meetings or meetings that are held about one child in particular.  Thanks for your time.  Click here for link to survey
